About

EBARR was founded by Cynthia DeRita and Ray Gonzales in 2008. It was born out of our belief that there was a need in the community for a high quality rescue group that accepts cats and dogs (under certain conditions) from the community. Since our inception we have had over hundreds of adoptions of homeless animals, many community surrenders and cats and dogs that were at risk of being euthanized at the local animal shelters.

Animal Rescue Organization that uses foster families and do not operate a shelter. We hold weekend adoption events to adopt out animals that are generally pulled from the various county shleters in our area.

Adoption Fees

Generally, Cats are $175.00 and includes a Microchip and Dogs are $300.00 and includes a Microchip. The fee can vary depending on extra veterinary care that some animals may require.

The average cost of the above veterinary care is approximately $800.00, so every penny of your adoption fee is money well spent on the high quality of care each of our animals is given. It's also worth adding that all of the above care is backed by a receipt from our veterinarian and at no time do we do any self-diagnosis, procedures, treatments, tests or vaccinations. All of EBARR animals are cared for by a licensed veterinarian. We will only administer medications if ordered by our veterinarian.
